INGREDIENTS
- 3 cups raspberries (fresh or frozen)
- 4 cups white wine vinegar
- 1 cup sugar
DIRECTIONS
- Combine all ingredients ina saucepan; bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat; simmer for 10 minutes.
- Pour mixture through a wire mesh strainer, discarding pulp.
- Pour into decorative bottles; cover.
- Store in refrigerator.
