INGREDIENTS
- 7 ounces cooked sushi rice, about 200 g
- 1/2 sheet nori
- 1 egg , cook into an omelette
- 1green kiwi fruit , peeled and sliced
- 2 ounces salmon , about 50 g
- 3poached prawns
DIRECTIONS
- Spread rice as same size of nori.
- Place nori on the rice and put all the filling on nori.
- Roll it and slice it as you like.
