INGREDIENTS

  • 7 ounces cooked sushi rice, about 200 g
  • 1/2 sheet nori
  • 1 egg , cook into an omelette
  • 1green kiwi fruit , peeled and sliced
  • 2 ounces salmon , about 50 g
  • 3poached prawns

DIRECTIONS

  1. Spread rice as same size of nori.
  2. Place nori on the rice and put all the filling on nori.
  3. Roll it and slice it as you like.
