INGREDIENTS

  • 4 ounces sliced mushrooms, reserve liquid
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 beef bouillon cube
  • 4 drops Kitchen Bouquet

DIRECTIONS

  1. In medium skillet, heat mushrooms in oil.
  2. Stir in flour.
  3. Cook over low heat stirring until mixture is bubbly.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Add enough water to reserved mushroom liquid to measure 1 cup.
  6. Stir into mushroom mixture with bouillon cube.
  7. Heat to boiling; stirring constantly.
  8. Boil and stir 1 minute.
  9. Stir in kitchen bouquet.
