INGREDIENTS

  • 1 quart heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 1/2 cups parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place butter and cream into sauce pan over med-high heat and let reduce by half, about 15-20 minutes, making sure to stir scraping sides and bottom of pan.
  2. Keep an eye on sauce to make it doesn’t boil over.
