INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup margarine
  • 4 cups brown sugar
  • 1 cup milk (not skim)
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 6-7 cups quick oats

DIRECTIONS

  1. Bring the first 3 ingredients to a boil for 2 minutes.
  2. Add peanut butter, vanilla, and oats.
  3. Drop by tablespoons onto wax paper or parchment.
  4. Cool in refrigerator for 15 minutes.
