INGREDIENTS
- 6 skinless chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons corn oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup onions
DIRECTIONS
- Line baking dish with aluminum foil.
- Remove skin from the chicken and place in dish.
- Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
- Bake uncovered at 350 turning and basting every 15 minutes.
- Bake until nicely browned and juiced run clear.
