INGREDIENTS

  • 2 (425g)cans tuna in brine
  • 1 (400ml)can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (400ml)can evaporated milk
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 125 g butter , softened
  • 1/2-1 cup milk
  • 1-2 cup self raising flour
  • 1 cup grated tasty cheese

DIRECTIONS

  1. Drain tuna put in casserole dish, add soup and evaporated milk stir in lemon juice.
  2. Place flour and half the cheese in a mixing bowl rub in butter until it resembles breadcrumbs stir in milk gradually until it becomes like scone dough.
  3. Roll out and press circles with a glass, place these on top in one layer over the casserole and add extra cheese.
  4. Bake for 30-45 mins until golden brown.
