INGREDIENTS

  • 5 lbs potatoes (skins on)
  • 16 ounces extra-light vegetable oil spread (Fleischmann’s made with Olive oil)
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • garlic salt

DIRECTIONS

  1. Dice potatoes and boil on stove top till done.
  2. Add olive oil butter, milk and garlic salt.
  3. Mash with electric mixer.
