INGREDIENTS
- 3/4 cup frozen blueberries (or any other frozen berries)
- 1 cup light soymilk
- 2 tablespoons protein powder (soy or rice)
- 1 small banana
- 1 tablespoon flax seed meal
DIRECTIONS
- Add frozen berries, soy milk to a blender.
- Peel banana and break up into pieces and add to blender.
- Add soy protein powder and flax meal to blender.
- Blend at high speed until smooth.Pour into glass and enjoy.
