INGREDIENTS

  • 10 boneless chicken breasts , cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 eggs , beaten
  • seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 lb fresh sliced mushrooms
  • 3/4 lb sliced provolone cheese
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 3/4 cup white wine

DIRECTIONS

  1. marinate chicken in eggs for 3-4 hours or overnight.
  2. bread chicken pieces.
  3. layer chicken, mushroom, cheese - repeat in a casserole dish.
  4. mix broth & wine, pour over chicken.
  5. bake covered at 350 for 45 minutes, and uncovered for an additional 15-20 minutes.
