INGREDIENTS
- 10 boneless chicken breasts , cut into bite-sized pieces
- 3 eggs , beaten
- seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 lb fresh sliced mushrooms
- 3/4 lb sliced provolone cheese
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 3/4 cup white wine
DIRECTIONS
- marinate chicken in eggs for 3-4 hours or overnight.
- bread chicken pieces.
- layer chicken, mushroom, cheese - repeat in a casserole dish.
- mix broth & wine, pour over chicken.
- bake covered at 350 for 45 minutes, and uncovered for an additional 15-20 minutes.
