INGREDIENTS

  • 4 cups oats
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup dried blueberries
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/4 cup honey

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat oven to 350.
  2. Stir all ingredients together.
  3. Spread out onto 2 foil covered cookie sheets.
  4. Place in oven.
  5. Stir after approximately 6 or 7 minutes.
  6. Continue cooking for a total time of 12 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Let cool completely.
  8. Store in airtight container.
