INGREDIENTS
- 8 ounces egg noodles
- 1 lb ground beef
- salt
- pepper
- 16 ounces tomato sauce (2 small cans)
- 1 garlic clove , crushed
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 8 ounces Philadelphia Cream cheese
- 6 green onions , chopped (all the way to the end)
- 1 cup cheddar cheese , grated
DIRECTIONS
- Brown ground beef. Add salt, pepper, tomato sauce, garlic, sugar and mix.
- Simmer 3 minutes.
- Cook noodles.
- In a bowl, put sour cream, cream cheese & green onions and mix.
- In a large casserole put a layer of noodles, half the cream mixture & half the meat sauce.
- Repeat.
- Sprinkle cheese over top.
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
