INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup nonfat milk , fat-free
  • 1/2 cup non-fat vanilla frozen yogurt, nonfat, vanilla, frozen
  • 1 banana , peeled
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS

  1. Blend the milk and frozen yogurt in a blender or food processor about 1 minute.
  2. Add the banana and vanilla; blend a few seconds longer.
