INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 cups skim milk (or water)
- 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder (NOT mrp)
- 1/4 cup oat flour
- 1 tablespoon flax seed oil (or ground flax seed)
- 2 teaspoons Crystal Light powdered drink mix (any flavor)
- 3ice cubes
DIRECTIONS
- Add milk to blender. add protein powder and blend on medium for 15 seconds.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix on high for 30 seconds.
- Pour in tall glass and serve!
