INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup wheat germ
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 12 teaspoons salt
  • 14 teaspoons cayenne pepper
  • 2egg whites
  • 1 lb skinless chicken tenders

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 425*F.
  2. Spray baking sheet with nonstick spray.
  3. In shallow dish, mix wheat germ and spices.
  4. In another shallow dish, whisk egg whites with 2 tbsp water.
  5. Dip chicken into egg mixture, then into the wheat germ mixture.
  6. Transfer to baking sheet.
  7. Bake until cooked, about 10 minute.
