INGREDIENTS
- 2 ounces baked corn tortilla chips (26)
- 1/2 cup prepared tomato sauce or marinara sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
- 2 teaspoons grated parmesan cheese
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat broiler.
- Arrange tortilla chips in single layer on pizza pan.
- Drizzle with tomato sauce and sprinkle with oregano.
- Top with mozzarella and parmesan cheeses.
- Broil until chips start to brown and cheese starts to melt, about 1 minute.
- 2 Points for 1/4 of the nachos.
