INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups cauliflower florets
  • 1 (11ounce)can condensed cheddar cheese soup
  • 1/3 cup beer
  • 1 1/2 cups swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cook broccoli and cauliflower in boiling water for 6 minutes or until desired doneness.
  2. Drain well and keep warm.
  3. Meanehile, in smaller saucepan over medium heat, combine soup, beer, cheese, and nutmeg.
  4. heat through stirring frequently.
  5. Pour vegetables into serving dish.
  6. Pour sauce over top when ready to serve.
