INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup raw rice
  • 1 (8ounce)can water chestnuts , drained
  • 1 (6ounce)can sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1 (10 1/4ounce)can onion soup
  • 1/2 cup butter , melted

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix all ingredients together in casserole dish.
  2. Cover and bake at 350 for 1/2 hour, then cover and bake additional 1/2 hour.
