INGREDIENTS

  • 2 (15 1/2ounce)cans of golden sweet corn
  • 3/4 ounce Laughing Cow cheese, pasteurized cheese (laughing cow three wedges)
  • 1/2 green bell pepper , chopped (or more)
  • 1/2 red bell pepper , chopped
  • creole seasoning, to taste (I use Tony Chachere’s)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix all ingredients in a 2-quart pot and cook on medium heat until done.
  2. This is spicy so adjust seasonings and peppers to taste.
