INGREDIENTS

  • 8 ounces pasta , dry pappardelle
  • 3 cups baby spinach
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese , shredded
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • salt & pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. Boil pappardelle according to package directions.
  2. Put spinach, parmesan & butter in a large bowl.
  3. Drain pasta, add to bowl
  4. Toss to mix, coat & wilt spinach.
  5. Season with salt & pepper.
