INGREDIENTS
- 8 ounces pasta , dry pappardelle
- 3 cups baby spinach
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese , shredded
- 1 tablespoon butter
- salt & pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Boil pappardelle according to package directions.
- Put spinach, parmesan & butter in a large bowl.
- Drain pasta, add to bowl
- Toss to mix, coat & wilt spinach.
- Season with salt & pepper.
