INGREDIENTS

  • 16 ounces spaghetti
  • 2 tomatoes , chopped
  • 1 small onion , chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves , chopped
  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 30 ounces bottled pasta sauce (she likes ragu with mushrooms)
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. Make spaghetti according to directions.
  2. In pot, heat olive oil and add tomatoes, onions, and garlic.Sweat until onions are translucent.
  3. Add ground beef and brown.Season with salt and pepper (don’t add too much salt because you are still adding the sauce).
  4. Add spaghetti and sauce.
