INGREDIENTS
- 16 ounces spaghetti
- 2 tomatoes , chopped
- 1 small onion , chopped
- 2 garlic cloves , chopped
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 30 ounces bottled pasta sauce (she likes ragu with mushrooms)
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Make spaghetti according to directions.
- In pot, heat olive oil and add tomatoes, onions, and garlic.Sweat until onions are translucent.
- Add ground beef and brown.Season with salt and pepper (don’t add too much salt because you are still adding the sauce).
- Add spaghetti and sauce.
