INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar-free maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

DIRECTIONS

  1. cook oats to package directions.
  2. add protein powder, maple syrup, and cinnamon and stir well.
  3. add rasins if desired.
