INGREDIENTS

  • 2 lbs frozen hash browns (southern style)
  • 1 (10 3/4ounce)can fat-free cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup fat free sour cream
  • 1 1/4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup white onions, diced

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix all ingredients together in a 9×13 casserole dish.
  3. Bake for 45 min to 1 hour, uncovered.
