INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 cups nonfat milk
- 2 1/2 tablespoons flour
- salt
- pepper
- 3/4 cup low-fat sharp cheddar cheese , shredded
- 1/3 cup fat-free mayonnaise
- 4 ounces fat free cream cheese , softened
DIRECTIONS
- Combine milk, flour, salt, and pepper in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil. Cook 1 minute or until thick, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat. Add remaining ingredients and adjust salt and pepper to taste.
