INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 cups nonfat milk
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons flour
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 3/4 cup low-fat sharp cheddar cheese , shredded
  • 1/3 cup fat-free mayonnaise
  • 4 ounces fat free cream cheese , softened

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine milk, flour, salt, and pepper in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil. Cook 1 minute or until thick, stirring constantly.
  2. Remove from heat. Add remaining ingredients and adjust salt and pepper to taste.
