INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion , chopped
- 2 cups salsa
- 1 (15ounce)can black beans
- 1/4 cup Italian dressing
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning mix
- 6 (8inch) flour tortillas
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 (16ounce)package cheese , shredded
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Line 13×9-inch pan with foil.
- Brown meat with onions & drain.
- Add salsa, beans, dressing and chili powder;mix well.
- Arrange 3 of the tortillas in a single layer on the bottom of the disk and cover with half of each the meat, sour cream and cheese.
- Repeat the layers.
- Bake covered with foil 30 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake another 10 minutes.
- Let stand 5 minutes, then serve.
- To cook later: freeze assembled casserole for up to 3 months.
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Bake, covered for 1 hour and then uncovered for 15-20 minutes.
- Let stand 5 minutes, then serve.
