INGREDIENTS

  • 1 (14 1/2ounce)can italian beans, drained
  • 1 (14 1/2ounce)can zucchini with Italian-style tomato sauce
  • 1 (14 1/2ounce)can peas and carrots
  • 1 (14 1/2ounce)can diced tomatoes with basil oregano and garlic
  • 1 (14 1/2ounce)can chicken broth or beef broth

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large pot.
  2. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes.
  3. Seadon to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. Serve with breadsticks, croutons or warm bread.
