INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 cup onions , chopped
- 1 cup celery , chopped
- 1 cup carrots , sliced
- 1 tablespoon beef bouillon
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 cups water
- 1 (28ounce)can diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1/3 cup rice
- 1 bay leaf
DIRECTIONS
- Brown beef and drain fat.
- Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer until all vegetables are tender, approximately 20 to 30 minutes.
