INGREDIENTS

    For the ham loaf
  • 1 lb ground ham
  • 2 lbs ground pork
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup dry breadcrumbs
  • 1 1/2 cups diced tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • For the glaze

  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • 3 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1/4 cup water

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine all ingredients for the ham loaf and mix well. Place in a large loaf pan.
  2. Bake in a 350 degree farenheit oven for 1 1/2-2 hours.
  3. Baste every half hour with the glaze mixture.
