This recipe originally accompanied strawberry Basket Cake.

Makes about 7 cups.

INGREDIENTS

  • 3cups chilled whipping cream
  • 3/4cup chilled sour cream
  • 3/4cup powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2teaspoons grated orange peel
  • 3/4teaspoon vanilla extract

    DIRECTIONS

    Using electric mixer, beat all ingredients in large bowl until stiff peaks form.
