INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon tabasco, or to taste
  • 5 ounces roquefort, crumbled coarse (about 1 cup)

    DIRECTIONS

    In a bowl, whisk together all ingredients except Roquefort until smooth and stir in Roquefort and salt and pepper to taste.
