Can be prepared in 45 minutes or less.
Makes about 2 cups.
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1/3 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon tabasco, or to taste
5 ounces roquefort, crumbled coarse (about 1 cup)
DIRECTIONS
In a bowl, whisk together all ingredients except Roquefort until smooth and stir in Roquefort and salt and pepper to taste.
