INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2cups chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2cup chopped onion
  • 1/3cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1tablespoon minced seeded jalapeƱo chili

    DIRECTIONS

    Mix all ingredients in small bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper. (Can be prepared 6 hours ahead. Cover and chill.)
