This recipe was created to accompany Crudités and Grilled Sausages with Sweet and Hot Chutneys.

Makes about 1 1/2 cups.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup mayonnaise or reduced calorie mayonnaise
  • 2/3 cup major grey’s chutney
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

    DIRECTIONS

    Blend all ingredients in processor. Transfer to bowl. (Can be prepared 2 days ahead. Cover and refrigerate.)
