Makes About 1/2 Cup.

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 garlic clove, pressed
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons olive oil

    DIRECTIONS

    Combine first 4 ingredients in small bowl. Gradually whisk in oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
